Symptom Keep is a responsive web app for recording symptoms and reviewing how they change over time. It creates a clear history you can reference or share with your care team.

After my own cancer diagnosis, I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to remember and organize every symptom. I wanted a quick, simple way to create a record I could trust.
Symptom Keep currently works in a web browser on mobile and desktop and can be added to a phone’s home screen. Dedicated native apps may be considered later based on what we learn from Early Access.
